½ kg mutton or beef (with bone)
3–4 medium tomatoes (peeled or chopped)
2–3 green chilies (slit)
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
½ cup cooking oil or ghee
Salt to taste (if needed)
1½ tablespoons ZMU Balochi Karahi Ghost Masala
Fresh coriander for garnish
Ginger julienne (optional)
Instructions:
Heat the Oil:
In a heavy bottomed karahi or wok, heat oil/ghee on medium flame. Add crushed garlic and salt until golden and fragrant.Sear the Meat:
Add mutton or beef pieces and sauté until they start browning and release their own juices.Add Tomatoes & Spice:

Cook Low & Slow:
Cover and simmer on low heat until the meat is tender and oil separates. (Add a splash of water only if necessary.)Finish Strong:
