Due to the perishable nature of our food items, we do not accept returns once an order has been opened. This is to ensure food safety and hygiene for all our customers.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them, as long as they haven’t been prepared or dispatched. Once processing begins, cancellations may not be possible.
